What's the difference between the Dashboard and My Services?

The Dashboard (/app) is your home base — it shows a snapshot of your review stats, recent reviews, rating trends, and onboarding progress. My Services (/my-services) shows your current subscription plan, what's included, and your service status (active, managed setup in progress). Use the Dashboard for day-to-day activity; use My Services to understand what you're paying for and what features you have access to.
