How do I connect my Google Business Profile?

Go to Integrations and click 'Connect Google Business Profile'. You'll be redirected to Google's OAuth consent screen — sign in with the Google account that manages your GBP and grant the requested permissions. Once connected, Pera Reply can automatically import your reviews, sync new reviews daily, and (if you enable write-back) post AI responses directly to Google. You can connect multiple locations if you have more than one GBP listing.
