How do I create a review request campaign?

Go to Review Campaigns and click 'Create Campaign'. Enter a campaign name, choose your channel (email or SMS), write a message template (use {name} and {review_link} as placeholders), paste your Google review link, and add recipients — either manually or by uploading a list. You can save as draft, send immediately, or schedule. Each campaign tracks delivery status (sent, failed, pending) per recipient. Review Campaigns are available on Local Visibility and above.
