How do I generate an AI response for a review?

Go to My Reviews (Inbox), select a review from the list, and click 'Generate AI Response'. The AI drafts a response based on your brand voice settings — tone, signature, phrases to include/avoid. You can edit the draft in the text box before approving. Once you're happy, click 'Approve' to save it. If your Google Business Profile is connected with write-back enabled, you can also click 'Post to Google' to publish the response directly.
