How do I set up my brand voice?

Navigate to Brand Voice in the sidebar. Fill in your business name, a short description, and choose a tone (Professional, Friendly, Casual, Formal, or Warm). Add signature phrases your team uses (e.g., 'Family-owned since 1998'), words to avoid (e.g., 'cheap', 'ASAP'), and your response signature name and title. You can also apply an industry template from the Industry Templates page for a quick start. Click Save, then test it by generating a response in the Review Inbox.
