How do I set up Slack alerts?

Go to Alert Settings, enable Slack alerts, and enter your channel name and webhook URL. You'll need to create an incoming webhook in your Slack workspace settings first. Once configured, you'll receive instant Slack notifications when new reviews arrive, with the reviewer name, rating, and a snippet of the review text. You can choose to alert on all reviews or only negative ones.
