How do I sign my service agreement?

When you subscribe to a Managed plan, we send a service agreement (Master Services Agreement) via DocuSign to your email. Click the link in the email to review and sign electronically. You can also access the agreement from the Onboarding Checklist or the dashboard — look for the 'Service Agreement' section and click 'Review & Sign'. Once signed, you'll receive a PDF copy for your records, and our team begins your setup immediately.
