What do the different review statuses mean?

Each review has one of four statuses: 'New' (blue) — the review has been imported but no response has been generated yet; 'Drafted' (amber) — the AI has generated a response but it hasn't been approved or posted; 'Approved' (green) — you've approved the response but it hasn't been posted to Google yet; 'Posted' (green) — the response has been published to your Google Business Profile. You can filter the inbox by status to focus on what needs attention.
