What are auto-respond rules?

Auto-respond rules let the AI automatically handle new reviews without manual intervention. You can configure: Auto-post for positive reviews (4-5 stars) — the AI generates and posts the response directly to Google; Auto-draft for negative reviews (1-3 stars) — the AI creates a draft that waits for your approval before posting. You can also set a response delay (immediate, 1 hour, 4 hours) and configure email/SMS alerts for negative reviews. Go to Auto-Respond Rules in the sidebar to configure.
