What are Monthly Reports and how do I get them?

Monthly Reports are auto-generated summaries sent to you at the end of each month (available on Local Domination and Market Leader plans). Each report includes: your rating change vs. last month, new review count, response rate, sentiment breakdown, GBP performance metrics (views, searches, direction requests, call clicks), an AI-generated executive summary, key highlights, and recommended action items. You can view past reports on the Monthly Reports page or download them as PDF.
