What is the Reputation Scorecard and how is my grade calculated?

The Reputation Scorecard gives you a letter grade (A-F) based on two factors: your average Google rating (weighted heavily) and your response rate. A score of 90+ earns an A, 80+ a B, 70+ a C, 60+ a D, and below 60 an F. The scorecard also shows your rating trend over 6 months, sentiment breakdown (positive/neutral/negative), and average response time. It costs 5 AI credits to generate. You can share your grade badge on your website or social media.
